A place with history

In the place where PianoForte is now being built, music once played. Before the war, the Małecki Piano and Grand Piano Factory stood here, producing instruments that captured the hearts of music lovers, graced major concerts across Europe, and were cherished in aristocratic estates. The factory was located on Zajączkowska Street in the 20th century, until the outbreak of World War II. To this day, classic Małecki grand pianos are museum pieces in Poland and Europe, evoking their former glory during intimate concerts performed on a few surviving instruments.
The name PianoForte itself refers to the history of the site. Piano forte in Italian means piano (the instrument). The term comes from two Italian words — forte (loud) and piano (soft) — which are commonly used in musical notation to indicate dynamics in a piece.
Prestigious apartments in the heart of Mokotów

A new development, PianoForte, is taking shape at 3 Zajączkowska Street.
The project combines the comfort of urban living with a modern design inspired by the architecture of Old Mokotów.
With its curved architectural forms, distinctive façade, wooden windows, spacious balconies, and, most importantly, the proximity to Morskie Oko Park, this is where dreams of the perfect home become reality.

Welcome inside!
PianoForte is an exceptional apartment building offering a diverse selection of residences, ranging from one- to four-room apartments with sizes from 38m² to 134m². The use of high-quality materials, panoramic glazing, rounded windows, and ceiling heights from 279 cm to over 3.5 meters provide residents with extraordinary interior design possibilities.

Glass balustrades on the balconies and window openings matching the width of the loggias will provide residents with an uninterrupted view stretching to the horizon. Each apartment will be equipped with video intercoms, while ground-floor residences will be prepared for the installation of external roller shutters. The top floors will feature pre-installed wiring for single-unit air conditioning systems.

In the main lobby, a concierge will ensure order and security. The hallway will feature bas-reliefs by Krzysztof Kołodziejski, depicting forms of human closeness associated with the warmth of home.
These unique handcrafted artworks will add an exclusive character to the interiors.
We wanted the common areas of PianoForte to be not only functional but also filled with light and elegance. The aesthetics of the bas-reliefs, which incorporate an element of mystery, help create an atmosphere of calm and harmony, which is especially important in the lobby area that represents the residents’ first contact with the building. As a result, the interior of the hall is memorable, building a strong, positive impression. Introducing contemporary art pieces into the interiors is also a way to emphasize the individual character of the investment.
