BPI Real Estate is a real estate development company operating in Belgium, Poland and Luxembourg. The company was founded over 30 years ago since then gaining extensive experience in the residential, office and commercial and service real estate market. The developer's investments are distinguished above all by their innovation and attention to details - urban, architectural, construction, ecological, social, and as a result creating friendly and harmonious places to live and work.

BPI Real Estate belongs to the Belgian capital group CFE established in 1880, which is listed on the Euronext stock exchange in Brussels. The CFE Group operates in Belgium, Luxembourg and Poland in several key areas. One of them is development activity, including real estate investments, for which BPI Real Estate is responsible. Another new area of the group's activity is environmentally friendly wood construction implemented by Wood Shapers based in Luxembourg.

BPI Real Estate has been present on the Polish market since 2009. The company's portfolio consists of a total of 13 residential projects. These include 10 completed investments: Czysta4 and Bulwary Książęce in Wrocław, Vilda Park and Panoramiqa in Poznan, Cztery Oceany in Gdańsk, Bernadovo in Gdynia and Rezydencja Barska, wolaRE, Wola Libre and Wola Tarasy in Warsaw, as well as 2 under construction: ChmielnaDuo in Warsaw and Cavallia - a multi-phase mixed-use complex under construction in Poznań in cooperation with Revive Poland, and the developer's latest project under preparation in Warsaw - PianoForte. In the coming years, the company will continue its development on the Polish market based on the premium real estate segment. The basis of BPI Real Estate Poland's business is diversification based on various residential products realized in markets where the developer is already active: in Warsaw, the Tri-City, Wroclaw and Poznan. At the core of the company's business strategy are the principles of sustainable development, which are central to the execution of each development project in BPI Real Estate Poland's portfolio.
